Exchange Policy

Conditions applicable

  1. Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Item Condition: The item being exchanged must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  3. Price Difference: If the exchanged item costs more than the original item, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed. Conversely, if the exchanged item costs less, we will issue a refund for the price difference. The refund shall be issued in loyalty points.

 

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] to request an exchange. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please use a trackable postpaid shipping method.

Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
